I recently did a post called 101 Random Things About Me so today I want tell you a little more about me by telling you about my goals.
The most important thing I learn from my wonderful man is that being a Christian is more than just saying I'm a Christian and trying to live a good life. That it is doing everything for the Glory of God. That I trust in Him for even the slightest little thing to the biggest issues of my life. So that is my number one goal in my life is to live every moment for the Glory of God.
My second goal is to aspire to be a Proverbs 31 woman. I know that this women was a mother's ideal dream for a daughter in law and that no woman could never be all that she is. I keep thinking about all that I will gain from striving to be like her. The more I become like her the better it is for those around me. Although I will never be a perfect Proverbs 31 women my goal is to get a close to the mark as I can.
My third goal is to raise my children to take the banner of Christ to every corner of the world. Paul Washer said that his dream for his son is that he would grow to take the flag to the top of the hill that no one else had reach even if it cost him his very life. (paraphrased) My children living a life by serving God to the fullest yes even if it cost them their lives is one of my greatest goals. I pray this for them.
My fourth goal is to be a Titus 2 women teaching other women what I know and have learned. Becoming the older women and gleaming what I can from my older women.
I am far from these goals. Oh how far away I am. That is why they are my goals. All my other little goals in life, becoming debt free, becoming healthier, starting Daughters of the Word and The Sensitive Stove, teaching, writing, schooling, house keeping, full time ministry, starting an online store front (in the works), etc. have come from reaching for these goals. By focusing on these things I have a greater joy and peace at this time in my life than I should.
Thank you all for stopping by and taking a little time to get to know each other better. Tell me a little about yourselves and your goals.

Great goals! Telling us about them was not only a great way to get to know you (via Lynnette's blog) but also to encourage us toward our own spiritual growth just like the Titus 2 woman!
Visiting from Lynnette's blog...I loved your list of 101 random facts (wow...I'm not sure I could even come up with 101 random facts about me!), and your goals listed in this post. I'm reminded of Philippians 3:14--"I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Keep pressing toward the goal, and inspiring others to do the same! :)
Coming over from Lynnette's blog. Congrats on being featured! :)
