May His Voice Never Be Silenced

Our country has done a lot of morning this year. They have mourned a pop star, a news anchor, a actress, and a doctor to name a few. I have mourned our fallen heroes for freedom and life. I have mourned the innocent victims of gas chambers, and butchers machetes. Today I mourn the loss of those who died because of where they were, or the job they did, and those who where not going to let anybody else go down with them.

Today of all days though gives us yet another fallen hero. He went into battle with an oxygen machine. However he carried a weapon of great power. He carried his VOICE. James Pouillon of Owosso, Michigan gave his voice to those "...who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Proverbs 31:8 While holding a sign with a picture of a baby and the word LIFE on it across from a local Owosso high school a shot rang out and James Pouillon became our newest fallen hero.

Keep your prayers with his family.

Raye Ann,

What a tragedy that someone would take the life of a man protesting peacefully. I am hoping that as he enters the gates of heaven today, Jesus was smiling and tell him, "Well done!"

He gave a voice to those that could not speak for themselves. May God have a special place picked out for this man!
